Welcome to the Pleasant Valley Lutheran Church
Pleasant Valley Lutheran Church was founded 175 years ago in Ashland, Ohio. We are members of Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. We welcome all those who seek a closer walk with God and fellowship with other believers in Christ. Bible Study starts at 9:00 and Pastor Deborah Michaels leads us for worship at 10:30 a.m. every Sunday morning. Come worship with us.

SKY VBS Mission Trip
Volunteers from North Central Ohio are once again making preparations for a mission trip to travel to Cranks Creek Survival Center located near Harlan, Ky. for our second annual Vacation Bible School. The upcoming SKY VBS Mission Trip will be held this summer from July 20-28. To prepare for VBS we have a list of needs which include:
- Volunteers ~ teens and adults to serve as crew leaders, assistants, guardian angels (to watch over children who like to stray).
- Funding ~ Checks can be made out to LORAC (Lutherans of Rural Area Congregations) and sent to Rev. Deborah Michaels

funds will be used for gas, food, truck rental, VBS materials
- Decorations ~ kites, hot-air balloons, airplanes, blue tarps for floors, clouds, sun, moon, stars, birds, butterflies, etc.
- One New Pair of Shoes, small toys and goodies added (no candy) wrapped and labeled "boy" or "girl" and the size.
- One book-bag with school supplies.
